  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Every return receives the same personal attention we put into our guest books and photo albums.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping details.

Step 3: Package Carefully

Return items in original packaging with all tags—just like our premium dolls & pretend play items deserve.

Step 4: Ship Back

Use a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless item is damaged/incorrect).

Refund Process

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

For exchanges (e.g., swapping one developmental toy for another), we’ll ship your new item immediately after processing the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your puzzle & game set arrived damaged or you received the wrong kids book, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or send a replacement at no cost.

International Returns
